Cakes - 'Individually Iced'

Wonderful cakes with imaginative design, attention to detail and flair which not only look superb but taste absolutely amazing – that is my passion.

One of the joys for me is to see the look on someone’s face when they receive a cake which has been made just for them. To do this, I work from drawings, photographs or just a general idea of the person’s likes / hobbies / job etc.

My name is Ann & I live in Wheelock, Sandbach, Cheshire I have been making & decorating cakes for family & friends for over 10 years. To keep up to date, I have attended numerous sugarcraft classes, have recently passed my City & Guilds in both Confectionary & Sugar Modelling, and I am currently working my way through the City & Guilds course in Sugar Decoration. I am also a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild and hold a Food Hygiene Certificate.
