This was a surprise for my 60th birthday and what a fantastic surprise it was - I have never seen anything so perfect. I love all seafood, especially mussels, and those on the cake looked so real, I didn't realise they were actually marzipan. The cake itself was very moist and extremely delicious. I recently ordered a sponge cake topped with a mortar board to celebrate my sisters graduation - I gave Ann some fairly vague instructions (as I'm no expert at either cake making or graduations!) & what she created was stunning! Fabulous design & a beautiful tasting sponge cake, hand delivered the day before the party AND at a VERY reasonable price (so reasonable that I've been thinking of whose celebratory event is next!). The last 2 cakes i've ordered from elsewhere haven't measured up to Ann's at all - now I've no need to look any further - I wouldn't use anyone else. Order with complete confidence - I will!"
